A full refund, until you share it.

When you get a full refund

Ask any time before you share your invitation — that is, before it has been opened by guests or has received any replies — and we refund the full amount.

After it has been shared

Once your invitation has been opened by guests or has received replies, it has been delivered and used, so we cannot refund it. The one exception: if your invitation does not work because of a fault on our side that we cannot put right, we refund it in full.

How to ask

• Email info@easykrd.com or call us, giving the email address you bought with and the name of the invitation.
• We check it and confirm by email.
• The money goes back through Wayl to the way you paid. How long it takes to arrive depends on your payment method.
• Once refunded, the invitation link is switched off.

Custom designs

Designs made to order are priced and agreed separately, and the refund terms for them are set out in your quote before any work starts.
